8/14/12 23w4d preggers!

Hello everyone! So not too much going on lately as far as symptoms go. Little Aydan has become very, very active! It seems like I feel him moving allll the time. I have finally been able to feel/see him move from the outside of my belly and it's usually more noticeable when I am sitting or laying down (especially on my back). His favorite spot to kick me is right about my belly button and I can see it jump when he does it... it's an amazing and indescribable feeling but also weird at the same time. The downside is, Aydan likes to have some "late night parties" and keeps mommy up alot in the night cause he just will not stop moving! Then also, I have been having problems getting comfortable and falling asleep. I can't sleep on my belly anymore or it feels like I'm squishing him and then also he goes crazy if I try to (probably telling me to get my fat ass off of him lol). Then I can't sleep on my back cause he kicks non-stop. I don't know if he doesn't like it or not. It also feels like he sinks into my back and then my back will hurt when I get up in the morning. So... I just stick to sleeping on either side. Then I need 2 pillows under my head, one between my legs and then either hug my husband or hold a pillow in the front cause it feels like I'm leaning forward on my belly if I don't. Then I have been having a crazy appetite for milk lately! I drink milk allll day long! And then I've been craving fruit flavored popsicles (jr pops) but I think that is due to my iron being low. But, everything else is going good. I go to a specialist on the 26th or 28th for an ultrasound just to check on the baby's heart cause he has the ECF (I don't remember the whole medical term but that's how it's abbreviated) or in other words, a calcium deposit on his heart... I don't know if I mentioned that in my last journal or not.
I have quit my job since Pablo had his surgery just cause it was so stressful and I dreaded going back, so I just didn't go back at all. I went and applied for TennCare and WIC to help out while I am looking for work (nobody will hire me cause I'm pregnant) and even though it will be a little harder on Pablo to pay the bills when he goes back to work, I believe we will manage, especially now that his cousin moved in and helps with the rent and light bill.
I still don't have much for the baby till I have my baby shower... I finally went and picked up the crib I bought (which is really nice and I only paid $30!) all I got to do is buy the screws to put it together and my aunt will be buying the mattress... I put sheets and blankets on my registry at walmart. Then my sister in law gave me a glider rocker and ottoman as an early present :) and it is sooo comfortable! I can't wait to rock my baby boy in it!
And one more thing I've been wanting to ask other mothers.... I have been having alot of self-doubts lately... and have been thinking about what will happen once the baby is born... I feel scared that I won't get attached to my baby or I won't believe he is mine (cause I've heard that happen to a few women before). I still don't think it has sunk in very well that in 4 months, I will be having a baby. It just seems like all this time I tried and never got pregnant and now that I'm pregnant it's very surreal to me and I'm still in disbelief. Even though I feel him move and know he's there. I'm scared I'm not gonna know what to do :( Please help!

That\'s a perfectly normal way to feel. I remember sitting in the hospital the night before Seth was born sitting thinking \"Oh sh**, what am I going to do?!\" When the baby is born you\'ll be fine. I used to get infuriated at people who told me \"it all comes natural\" but in a way it kind of does. That doesn\'t mean you\'ll know everything but things kinda click in place!
