Went home to do some measurements and rang them back to say which one I wanted. To my shock, I was able to go straight back and the trailer was set up, registered and ready to go. I ordered a 7×5 trailer and the day I was to pick it up I asked if I could change it to a 8 x 5. I was told no problem and the next day the 8×5 was ready to go.Have used the trailer to move my ride on mower, with the tipper option on this trailer, I’ve been able to just drive it onto the trailer!. Very happy with the trailer and the friendly service.
Received prompt reply, accepted quote and able to pick up trailer just over a week later. Was talked through attaching trailer and other features before driving away. Bought my trailer on Gold Coast from Bruce about two years ago good service then, just had trailer serviced, again excellent help. All in all, the trailer (though needed time and money to make safe and legal after purchase) is a worthy purchase and would buy fully enclosed trailers for sale from them again.

We bought a duel axel, caged, hot dipped galvanised, override braked, 8×5 trailer in Dec 2020 (8 months old at the time of this review).It drives straight and tows well. Very helpful, very friendly, had trailer in stock. Purchase completed in 20 minutes and for a great all inclusive price.
But over all very good compared to most looked at. Very happy with the service and support from Bruce and the team at Trailers Direct. Helped us with everything we needed from a new axle to seal kits.Definitely will be back. Great company to deal with, we’ll built trailer at a very competitive price.

The trailer is built well and is better than others I had viewed. Could easily answer all of my questions and had an expert knowledge of their product. Prompt, a good range of trailers in stock and the guys had it ready with a new plate to drive away within 15 mins.
