Im back

I havent been on here in 2 years, my therapist suggested
i started journaling again....just been so busy with 5 kids, work, sick husband, dont have a lot of time anymore.. My anxiety is through the roof anymore...cant seem to get control of it, even with the
meds, but therapy is helping.... once Daniel gets over this shoulder surgery & has gastric surgery
and gets back to work things will b better....hes been off since March ... ..but i am really enjoying my kids this summer, we stay in the pool mostly & I work in the shop here and there....were on our way to dr now for gastric surgery date for him... Ready to get all this over and get things back to normal life..
