We had a horrible ice storm last week. We had no electricity for 5 days.  We stayed at my sister's house for the first 2, then she lost power and we came back home and used a kerosene heater and blocked off the living room and we all stayed in there.  It seemed like forever, especially when it gets dark at 5:00.  My sister still doesnt have power, she lives on a back road and I live on the main road I guess is why.  I am so worn out from it all, the kids still havent went back to school yet, it keeps on snowing.  ugg, I so need a day to my self.  But im glad thats over and were doing good now.  I have to go back to work tomorrow, its so cold, I dont want to leave the warmmm  house.  I didnt know how easy I have it until I didnt have any electricity.  Luckily my Mom & Dad's store is across from my house so we lived off lunch meat and vienna's......We are so truly blessed for all we have...
