I had a good vacation.  I am glad to be home.  Its so hot here.  I have a sinus infection and bronchitas (??)  So I am felling a little bad today.  I finally got finished school shopping.  My kids have 2 more wks left before school starts.  My little boy will be in kindergarten.  Lydia and I will be all alone.  I havent really lost any weight, they will tighten the lapband down in two weeks, then that is when I will lost weight.  I am so excited.  Have a good night...
