Welcome to another day of sobriety it feels nice it feels normal. It\'s Friday and I am grateful for the beautiful day today in Rosebud, the refreshing sea breeze and piece of mind.
Everyday without a drink brings gratitude, peace and real hope... The weekend is here and its great to be sober.
Progress is really happening, the main important thing for me at the moment is keeping in check with myself, my feelings, moods, diet, rest. Looking after me too, not just the kids and hubby.
An effort must be made everyday to reflect on the benefits of being sober, although there can still be rough times, its so easier to deal with these situations without turning to the booze.
