Yeah, it started off well, then it hit me yesterday that this combo is not working well.I'm on 600 mg lithium and 200 mg wellbutrin and I have been in a manic rage since yesterday and I just don't know what to do.I went to my dr.'s office and left a message with the receptionist. My doc was supposed to call me this afternoon and didn't. Do I call her tomorrow or go by there (It's within walking distance from my apartment and they don't always pick up)? They close on Wednesday and I can not go thru the holiday like this---I have entirely too much school work to do.I want to go back to my old combo of effexor and lamictal...but I don't know how I'll afford it once I graduate in May. We're talking approximately $300 each month right now (I get about 85% reimbursed by insurance). My parents gave me permission to go back to what works best regardless of cost but I don't know how to talk to my doc. I'm afraid she thinks I'm freaking out over nothing. But I know the difference between adjustment and mania. This is mania.Suggestions?

Margaret, I think I would call once again. Then if I got nothing accomplished, I would make myself visible to the staff. Be careful of drugs when you first get them as they have odd reactions on us. Have you been long them long enough to have them do lab work? If so, request YOUR OWN copy of YOU lab work. Start studying it a piece at a time and learn of you. Continue forward in whatever direction you persue! Always remember - God is good ALL THE TIME. Dovelady \\o/ ~j~ ~j~
