one of those days

its really hot having a bad flare up
ben wetting down my chest my face all over i can
drinking water hoping i dont get water retention 
having to take my neostigmine injections 
the vomiting diarrhea abdominal pain 
hopefully the days gets better as des the weather
heat is not my friend
