One of my coworkers just got fired yesterday, for questionable actions. She was an example of what you call a "toxic" person. She had single handedly managed to create 100% turnover in her own department. That takes some work...work of a messed up individual. Now the rest of us are sighing a sigh of relief. I feel a bit guilty, but non-the-less a definite burden lifted.
