Kathy30Miller had posted this and I wanted to share it with anyone she might have missed so I'm passing it on... If you want to copy and paste it to your journals also I think it would be awesome... this is worth doing... The video is inspirational and a positive experience to watch and you are in effect donating .40 to a worthwhile cause... hey... them .40 add up... Please pass it on. The band, Five for Fighting, is generously donating $0.40 to Autism Speaks for *each time* the video is viewed the funding goes toward research studies to help find a cure. When you have a moment, please visit the link below to watch the video and pass it along to your friends and family. They are aiming for 10,000 hits, but hopefully we can help them to surpass this goal. http://www.whatkindofworlddoyouwant.com/videos/view/id/408214 NickNicksMom sent this... It made me laugh and recalled some good memories of Cara's first cuss word... LOL Hope it does good things for you too... A 6 year old and a 4 year old are upstairs in their bedroom. "You know what?" says the 6 year old. "I think it's about time we started acting more grown-up and using cuss words like the big boys do. The 4 year old nods his head in approval. The 6 year old continues, "When we go downstairs for breakfast, I'm gonna say something with "hell" and you say something with "ass." The 4 year old agrees with enthusiasm. When the mother walks into the kitchen and asks the 6 year old what he wants for breakfast, he replies, "Aw, What the hell, Mom, I guess I'll have some Cheerios." WHACK! He flies out of his chair, tumbles across the kitchen floor, gets up, and runs upstairs crying his eyes out, with his mother in hot pursuit, slapping his rear with every step. His mom locks him in his room and shouts, "You can stay there until I let you out! The very idea using that word!" She then comes back downstairs, looks at the 4 year old and asks with a stern voice, "And what do YOU want for breakfast, young man?"? "I don't know," he blubbers, "but you can bet your sweet ass it ain't Cheerios!"
