I've been having trouble lately... I have had signs of heaven and of God many times throughout my life... but a loved one and also much of society are trying once again to tell me that God and Heaven are just made up... And today I've been wondering... well then... if that's so... where will any of us turn... and so I wrote this... Its awkward... but hopefully it will help me and you if we just make up our mind to pray for those who are trying to take God and heaven away from us... and that includes myself... I'm human... doubts and fears tear me apart at times... but somehow I know it is real... I do believe it... Hugs Elissa<> I BELIEVE If there is no God... If there is no heaven... I think living's a waste... To people who want to take heaven away from us... with what will heaven you replace I'm angry at the hopelessness and despair that's been fostered by those highly educated types Telling me That God and heaven are myths created to help the weak ones sleep at night I'm much in need of God its been that way all my life What can you offer in its place to help me through the pain and strife I've turned away from God more than I like to confess He's waited for me patiently to return so that my life he could bless And now here I am in one of the darkest times of all and you're telling me there's no one there No heaven for my loved ones... no God on whom to call I won't accept what you say although I love you much I'm going to pray for you that you will someday know God's loving touch

I like this very much...
If there is no heaven, there is no reason. There is no hope! Thank you for your beautiful prayer. We must believe! Our children are waiting for us! love, lana
There is an article on the Inet that speaks to the Big Bang Theory being discredited by Science. HMMM.
St. Thomas Aquanais, a great Church scholar and Philosopher posed this proposition....
If you have a 45 degree incline and balance a ball precisely at the top, that ball will stay balanced forever unless someone gives it a push. This is called the Theory of the Prime Mover. Thus.... there would be nothing unless there were a Prime Mover...GOD.
I do get a kick out of the Scientific formum demanding proof. Well, the truth is there is no proof that there is a God or that there is not a God. Those of us who have been blessed with faith see God every day in the beauty all around us and those of us who have been very fortunate see God in the eyes of our children, through their natural beauty and loving natures. We watch the cycle of life in our children, our parents and grandparents and each generation is a miracle.
No matter what religion we choose to practice or what our style of worship....those of us that believe in God are taking the same journey...maybe different roads but the same journey ....home...back to where we came from....back to the warmth of God\'s kingdom and the home our loved ones have prepared for us.
Elissa, I don\'t particularly care what people believe or don\'t believe. I know! In my heart, in my soul I know! Adam, Cara, Timmy, Molly, Mama, Pat, Jan and all the others are waiting for us. They completed their journey before us and we miss them but for some reason we have work left to do.
Somehow Elissa you have been sent here and maybe this is part of your journey...it certainly seems so. Your prayer gives light and hope and love.
Love Ya, Kathy

Elissa,
Thank you for the beautiful prayer. If there is no heaven and no God where will my darling hubby go too soon. I have faith that there is a God and there is a heaven. I believe this with all my heart. I also believe that he is going to wait for me in heaven so we can spend eternity together as we have here on earth.
Love you
Roz.

Elissa, I know where Jake is, I know where Cara is, I know where Cody is and everyone else\'s child or loved one. They are all behind the veil. They are all waiting for us. They are with God in heaven. I don\'t fault others for what they believe as long as they don\'t fault me for what I believe. I love the poem. Lots of hugs, Jake\'s mom, Kathy
thank you for writing these words.
