so they've gone far away and ahead of us... but they come back to let us know where they are and where we'll be...  Jumping back over here to add something....  I've been reading journals... and thinking... you know...  Did you read Charlayne's latest journal entry... I really think she said something we need to work on... about loving and forgiving ourselves... We do love and love well... that's part of the reason this hurts so much... but I know none of us would have loved any less... only more...  Our babies love us... and we need to love us too... part of honoring our love for them... We can't keep kicking and destroying what they loved so much...  Hugs Elissa

Yes, we do have a problem with loving and forgiving myself. I have seen that in so many journals. Maybe it is because we could see the life our children had ahead of them...we wanted them so much to live it and reach their dreams. But then they died, and those dreams were taken. Maybe we feel guilty for being the survivor. And moms and dads always want to protect their children. We couldn\'t protect them here...it was out of our control. Maybe losing that control is what eats at us. I don\'t know. I know that I need to work on forgiving myself too...and loving myself. Everyone who ever truly loved me has been taken from me now. Maybe that is my lesson...to learn to love myself. Thank you for your writing...you say things that are written on our hearts! Hugs! Love, lana

Yes, definitely, like I\'ve said before, I hear Chris telling me all the time that he wants us to live and enjoy life-he did and he wants the same for us. We must escape the guilt and choose to spread all this love that we have where it is so needed. Our kids needed us and we are still needed by others. Love, Sandy
