anyway someone sent me a getting to know you type thing... One of the questions was If you could have one wish what would it be... Immediately my mind said... why I'd want Cara back... but then I thought... would I really want Cara back... the pain she was in... One of the saddest things she said to me was, "mama, I feel like there's something inside of me that's broke... and I don't know if it can be fixed..." I understood... I really did... I too suffer from depression have been diagnosed as bipolar... have often felt like a square peg that doesn't and never will fit into the round holes... I miss my daughter... but its not all about me... I don't want to bring my baby back to suffer again... So then I thought... what if I could specify that I wanted my daughter back but that I wanted her "fixed"... Sounds pretty good... But wait... she told me it was wonderful there... and everything I've heard about heaven... Would I want to take her away from heaven... so... I'm not really sure what I want... maybe for now, strength to hang on to all the good signs and live my life as long as I'm supposed to... and finally... to rejoin my daughter and my many other loved ones... I guess... I hope to follow God's plan for me... I wanted to share this so you'd know... our babies are finally "fixed" They are free... and although we might have some really painful times ahead... I'm glad for them... Hugs Elissa

Wow Elissa I truly mean ditto to this one. I am beginning to get to the point that I am ok cause I know Wayman is so ok where he is. One day after we are done our journey\'s we will hold our babies again. love ya
Elissa, I too agree. Selfishly I want Jake here he had his whole life ahead of him. He was not in pain or anguish but still with everything I have heard about heaven and what I know to be true, would he even want to come back. I think that is the bigger question for all of us. Lots of hugs, Jake\'s mom, Kathy
Were out her listening to you Elissa. I like that entry because it sounded hopeful and right now that is what is going to get you through it all. Much love, cindy
I have had those same thoughts about how great it would be to have Clinton back. But like you, I know where he is and I wouldn\'t wish him back to the disappointments and challenges of this world when he is experiencing the beauty, joy and peace of heaven. Until I am there with him I will continue to look for the beauty here, cherish my memories and keep my foot on the path that leads me to the reunion with my Savior Jesus and my beloved son...Hugs and strength to you...Lynn
I believe I answered that question with that I wished for John back...but, I have to say that I would not want for him to be back here in all that pain, but what I wish for is what we had...picking up where we left off in Spetember of 2005, before he got sick and that what happened to him would not have ever happened...that\'s what I wish for...LONG for!
Love you, Kat
it will be so wonderful to see our loved ones again. as you said they are fixed - no depression, pain, sickness or addictions there. keep hanging on to that hope for the future when we will see our daughters again. it will be a joyous time.
