Piper seems to be settling in pretty good... He's got the run of the house and he's checking it out... He lies down and stretches out just about any and everywhere... He sprawled out on the front room carpet first and I thought ah ha... he likes the carpet... but since then he's sprawled on the linoleum in the dining and kitchen area... checked out the parquet in the entrance hall jumps on and off our bed at will... and seems to like all these places.... He made me feel good just a few minutes ago... came and rested his paws on my leg and "allowed" me to pet him... *Smile* He's fixed, declawed and had all his shots.... so he's fixed up for a bit... bought him a can of sardines but he didn't seem particularly impressed.... really I just got them because I've always given my cats sardines a couple of times a month because I was told the oil helps keep down fur balls... and it has seemed to work in the past... Only had one cat get sick because of fur balls and he was some sick poor baby... and... its quite expensive... he was hospitialized for 5 days... I didn't even realize he was ailing... cats are like that... I've learned that now... I guess I'll go read some journals... Hope yall are doing well.. Hugs Elissa Just wanted to add this... It is a blessing... as in life... things aren't all one way or another... this is a blessing that really is helping me.... <> Wednesday I brought Richard to the doctor... I was walking around outside while he was in with the doctor and suddenly I sensed Cara beside me... I could see her form and I told her how glad I was to have her there with me and asked her to continue walking with me awhile as I missed her so... so she did and it was like so many times... a compaionable silence and just so proud and happy to have her there beside me... I asked her if it would be possible to hug and we did and it was so real... I may cry recalling it... but inside its so good...

I never have tried sardines for the kitties...will have to do that...thanks! How wonderful that you felt Cara there with you Wednesday and that she walked awhile with you and you shared that hug. At times I feel Adam\'s overwhelming presence...I think our children are always with us...just not as we want them to be. Love you.
Icky hair balls....blahhhhhk! :P
Cara is now your guardian angel *hugs*

I have NEVER seen my sister or her form. I wish I could. They say they come around when we are saddest, neediest, and not doing well. I cried for 3 days straight, and have been in deep depression for 8 days until today, and I didnt even sense her. Im beginning to think shes JUST DEAD! Im glad u had a chance to feel her around you.
Elissa, I am so happy for you. To have Cara with you when you needed her. And then to be able to hug her. I am crying just typing this. Lots of love, Jake\'s mom, Kathy
Hi Elissa, I will offer a prayer to St. Francis to look after your new little one-I had a similar experience with Chris-I was crying so hard standing in our kitchen here in our new house and suddenly I just felt him right there next to me putting his arms around me. I am so glad you got to feel Cara-we know our darlings are always with us but it is so good to get that extra \"hug\" from them.
See now didn\'t I tell you Cara was around. You know I think she may have given Timmy the pink spray for Molly\'s hair. I kinda heard Kimmie\'s mom and Pat laughing and I think I saw Cara high-tailing it toward a tree. Poor Adam....he is so trying to keep them under control but I think he gets a kick out of them. Glad your home. Missed you a lot. Kathy
