I got a cat today from CAAWS its an organization that places stray cats... My poor Piper - that's his name and I'm going to keep calling him that... although its not the word or words but the tone animals respond to... he's already had enough change in his young life... He's 1 year old... beautiful gray tabby with white belly and feet... He was adopted by some folks who ended up taking in a neice and nephew and the nephew has allergies which made it necessary for them to return Piper... so this is a whole new life for Piper and it will be strange for him for a while... I think I'll go spoil him a bit... Later... Hugs Elissa

I am so glad you got a cat. I have 3 dogs and 1 cat and through my grief they brought me so much comfort. The newest dog I got when Jeremy was sick, he enjoyed that little puppy so much, he even named him,Rocko. It\'s a litttle dog and that name ,I thought was for a big dog, Anyway, I will always hold Rocko close to my heart. Have fun spoiling Piper, he deserves it.

I rescued a cat that had been in three homes before mine. At first she
wouldn\'t even sit near me now after four years, she sleeps in my bed and
wants my arm around her at night. She is a great comfort and I love her. Her name is Puddy Baby. I know you will spoil and love Piper too.
Ellisa pets are always comforting. I have sugar my 8 year old mutt and venus my 7 year old cat. While they can drive me crazy they still bring such joy.
