One thing that hurt me and still makes me sad... is on the Thursday before mama died on Saturday... mama asked me in a voice that was almost pleading... would I stay with her for a few days... Mama I'd have stayed forever if I could have kept you... I'm so sorry for all the times I failed you... I say that... and yet I know... I had to work... but mama what can I do... I can't work now... and sometimes I don't want to go on... I miss you and Cara so much....
Its ok... I just need to cry for awhile... and I wanted my mama to know how much I miss her... so I wrote what I was thinking... Like all of you I have the ups and downs... right now... its down... but letting it out will help... Hugs Elissa

If you ever failed her would she have wanted you with her? And Cara...didn\'t you say she was coming home? to her safe place to HER mama? You must have a huge heart and much much love inside you Elissa. These wonderful people ..your mama and your child clung to YOU! and you were there...you still are to remember, to give them and who they were to their children and grandchildren. You won\'t fail because you are YOU!
I\'ll just say I hope you feel better, we all must keep our hands and feet in and hold on tightly because we\'re all on one crazy ride. Sometimes it\'s not so bad and others you feel like you could just puke. Last night was one of those nights for me. I feel for you, but aren\'t we all so blessed to have our sweet Kathy. Though I wouldn\'t wish this pain on my worst enemy, we do have one another and that makes us all very fortunate Ladies.
I AGREE, WE COULD NOT HAVE A GREATER GROUP OF FRIENDS. I FOR ONE AM SO HAPPY, WE ARE ALL A GREAT FIT. SOMEDAY, WE WILL HAVE TO GET TOGETHER IN REAL LIFE. HOW GREAT WOULD THAT BE? ELISSA, I\'M SURE, WITHOUT A DOUBT YOU WERE THE BEST DAUGHTER A MOTHER COULD HAVE, I DO SEE YOUR IRONY THOUGH. BUT WE DO WHAT WE HAVE TO, AND JUST HOPE WE ARE MAKING THE BEST DECISIONS WE CAN. ALL MY LOVE!!!!!!! ((((((((((HUGS))))))))))) LISA
It is almost six months since my Elise died. I cry for her all the time. I will never get over missing her and loving her. Especially at Mass in the morning I can\'t keep the eyes from dripping. I took all her shoes home and when I wear them I feel her presence. Know that you don\'t cry alone. Emptyvessel (Dorothy)
