A pretty good day... We went to a short retreat with our church group today... We discussed some things about our relationship with God and others... what we want and need from God and about what we want to give... not talking about money so much as things that we can actively do... It was a good experience... I will be baptized next Saturday... we have services Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday... Please don't think I've been an atheist all my life... no I've been lucky... God has been a part of my life as far back as I can remember... its just that when I got to the age I should have been baptized, we kept moving... as an adult I've spent years hiding from everything... and one of the problems I've had is the debate on who knew the right way to heaven... I no longer am willing to debate that... My faith now does not and will not rely on mankind... The Lord shall guide me... and since my church here advocates respecting all I am comfortable with that... So be happy for me please... I am very happy with the steps I am taking... God has been here for me always... and I am glad to give him my life.

I am so happy for you. I think the only thing that keeps me sane right now is God. I have turned my life over to him and I believe he is helping walk my path. Have a great time on Saturday. Lots of hugs, Kathy
baptismal is a good thing. we had Gavin the last sunday in July last year, and he giggled and cooed at the minister the whole time. our minister did it different since Renee was a single mom. he had Renee, Me, my hubby and Ben my son go up with Renee. {{{{{hugs}}}}} Jan
