Well GOOD MORNING! Sunshine... *Smile Smile Smile*
Wonderful news! (:> hmmmmm a little lopsided... I tried a ? mark for some hair... uhhhh didn't work... made my smiley face look like a very puzzled alien....
Anyhoo... I am so glad to hear you got some good news... and that you are through your increased feelings of faith able to reach out to others more... Its the best part of us... the part that leads us to want to help others...
I don't know if I mentioned it... but after Cara died I called Ms Francis... she is the counselor I feel like is my particular guardian angel... but I haven't been able to see her in years as I moved to Baton Rouge and she is back in Houma... anyway I was hurting so much I called my daughter in law who still lives in Houma and got Ms Francis' phone number... she remembered me and I appreciated that...
I may be repeating myself... but she encouraged me to get into counseling and advised me that often when you experience a major loss, such as you did with your mother's passing, the old issues that you thought you'd dealt with will come back stronger and harder to deal with than ever...
I haven't felt too much about the old stuff except a reluctance to discuss it... but I've got a lot of new issues... I have an unyielding fear now of losing someone else close to me... hardly surprising since I lost three of the most important women in my life last year...
I don't want to leave the house, one of the old issues is a revival of all my old feelings of selfconsciousness and self contempt... I'm working on it but its taking time and energy... neither of which I may have enough of...
Sorry this ended up being quite dismal... We should rejoice though... I'm facing these things and I know their names... hopefully soon I will be doing better... I called our priest last night and asked for prayers...
I felt somewhat guilty about calling him at all... I never called him in my quest to get help for Cara... If I had he might have had some real answers... but I went to the so called professionals... the results we already know...

Sometimes a little reassurance really helps. :) Hope the rest of the week is pleasant for you.
