I'm reading a book called Gone But Not Lost... So far this author has not said anything about contact from our loved ones... many people think that just doesn't happen... but I so know that it does. There's a site if you're interested in reading somem stuff that Mari3333 has mentioned in her journal... nderf.com Its about near death experiences... that's the only way some people accept that we do not die... we just change forms...
I've had several experiences of Cara coming to me and it helps although I can't say I don't still hurt a lot... Unfortunately the timing for me losing my job is really crappy... It will be one foot in front of the other for a while... I've known and loved and been known and loved very much. Oddly enough because of my daughter's passing... I have several friends here whom I am coming to know and love very much and feel that they too are coming to know and love me. Thank you my friends. I am truly so grateful for your friendship that is actually so much more.
Love You Elissa

Elissa, I am truely sorry for your lose. You had mentioned that you were reading a book and it did not mention anything about contact from your loved ones. A friend of one of my co-workers felt compelled to bring to me some comfort for the loss of my son, and in this she was sharing with me the comfort she recieved from reading a book that helped her though a similar loss in her life. The book was Titled Talking to Heaven, by James Van Praagh. He comes from a religious upbringing and a life time experience in the spirit world. His book starts off explaining where he came from and how he obtained his knowledge. I enjoyed reading it because it answered many diffrent questions that I had and eased my mind. This book goes into how our loved ones can come to us in our dreams as well. just as you were stating in your journl entry. He wrote a second book as a continuence to Talking to Heaven its called \"Reaching to Heaven\". I am reading that one now. He also is one of the writers and advisors in the show called Ghost Whisper on CBS. I watch that show faithfully evey friday night. It has a website and on that site there is a place called ask Mary Ann I go to it from time to time to read what others have written in. I read her replies and not only can I relate to some of the stories, but It also makes me feel better reading her explainations. The other book I am reading my brother gave to me and I have read several sections of it over and over. Its called Grieving the loss of someone you love. \"Daily meditations that help you through the grieving process\" by Raymond R. Mitsch and Lynn Brookside. This one I carry in my duty bag at work and when there is down time and I am sitting in my crusier alone I read it. It has been most helpful because this book thinks the way I think and have thought and its almost like Wow!!! how did the author know I was going through this? Your in my thoughts WLC...
