here I am finally starting a journal. Of sorts. Well with the flue I pretty much slept all day. This is also my first day without any lamictal. I am thinking it should have been the abilify I went off of first. We'll see what the new doc thinks. Hopefully he will agree with my lowering my medication load and encourage me to go off the abilify.Not much else to say... good night.
