I am feeling anxious today, I have marriage counseling tonight, and I have written some things that I want to discuss tonight. I know this is going to start trouble but I have to start to verbalize my true feelings or the counselor will get the wrong picture. My therapist has been talking to her, and she says that the marriage counselor seems to think that things are going well between my husband and me, where they really are not. My husband has been acting better for two weeks, but this has happened before, and it doesn't usually last that long. I can only hope for the good, but I have to think of the bad in the back of my mind. I went to the physciatrist this morning, she said that I need to accept that my husband is never going to understand my illness. I can't accept that, he needs to understand me in order to stay married to me. How can she tell me that? I am really quite angry at her right now. Overall I am having a bad day. I need some cheering up before tonight. I hope I have a better night. I need to find some courage.

I hear you, counseling is the place to tell your true feelings with someone who can help keep things from getting out of hand, I agree that your husband does need to understand your illness but you can\'t change his thinking you can only change you and your thinking and feeling it\'s all you have control over but you can also keep true to yourself and your feelings, don\'t hide them from him he needs to know how you feel if he is to understand. so i do hope that you get the courage up to say the things that you wrote, and you are right you need to verbalize them
to both of them.
good luk and let me know how things go.
