Today I went to therapy, I had a great session. We talked out a lot of my anxieties about my husbands nonsupport of my depression, PTSD,sexual abuse. I have come to terms with the fact that he is never going to be supportive of me, and he will keep on telling me to snap out of it. I just have to move on and decide what is best for me in this relationship. I have been seriously thinking of divorce but have made no decisions as of yet. I am just glad that I have a wonderful therapist and a good support group with this website. Today wasn't a bad day at all. Today was a good day. Tommorow will be a good day too. I am having a positive attitude.

dds that\'s great about the positive attitude. Don\'t make any quick decisions about divorce. Have you ever offered your husband to go to one of your sessions with you? Maybe he is scared and the only way to deal with it is to act like a macho man. Keep thinking positive.

I agree with Soleil, no rash decision when you are in this state. I took my fiance with me to therapy many times, now you know why I moved into my niece\'s and visit Mar on the weekends. He does not get it, never will. He tries but he makes me more nervous. Therapy I think is a great thing and so is this sight. I am proud of your positive outlook, seems you are making progress. Good for you and do us all proud.
