Today is my Birthday, I had a huge fight with my husband because in marriage counseling we decided that if I was having a bad day we would discuss what would help me to make it better. Instead he told me to snap out of it. He said that he doesn't know how to deal with me. I told him if he wants to be that way I don't want to talk about it with him. He said fine and that he is always made out to be the bad person anyways. He always turns it around and makes me feel as though it is all my fault for making things bad. I guess it really is all my fault for feeling this way not his. He left the house in a big huff. On a good note I am going out to lunch with a friend for my birthday, it is also her birthday too. I hope this makes me feel better.

Relationships are complicated. My ex always turned things around to my fault, even if it was HIS mistake. Just because someone can argue better does not make them right. Hope the rest of your b-day goes well.

Happy Birthday! And men are complicated if they cannot \"fix\" something. My fiance met me when I was normal, so he does not understand this, he keeps telling me to shake it off, we\'ve been to therapy also and she told him yelling at me won\'t help. He thinks that if he yells at me it will induce me to go outside. WRONG! It just makes me cry and he does not know what to do then. Just think of yourself and your needs right now. You know what you have to do to get better, so don\'t worry about him if he is not supportive. Just tell him, don\'t talk to me if you are not going to support me in getting well. Have a good one.
