I went to my therapy session this evening, everything went well. She seems to really help me out when I need her. I am really lucky to have such a good therapist. The rest of my day went pretty well no more flashbacks, just a little anxiety, but nothing that I couldn't handle. My therapist tells me my husband causes a lot of my problems, I know that she is right, but is hard to admit to myself. We are going to marriage counseling, we went there this morning, I voiced my opinion but I feel that I am not being heard. I don't feel like I am being supported by my husband for my PTSD. When I am having a bad day he just wants me to get over it, he is sick of dealing with it, it has been ten years of depression, hospitalizations, PTSD, flashbacks, family problems. I just want his support.
