Struggling

Well , today I forced myself out of apt again. I went to get an oil change which was owed to me. I have so much on my plate I don't know where to begin. First , I am going nuts out of work and need to return as soon as dr gives me ok. I am dreading it as my boss has already been mentioning significant changes. Anyway, I am feeling still very emotionally fragile like I don't have many friends and the very very few I don't want to smother them. I honestly cannot say that I truly have a " best friend". I am desperately trying to keep going.
