GRRRRRRRRRRRR! I HATE ATTORNEYS OR MOST OF THEM! Just when I thought I had a hurdled jumped, another sticken hurdle comes my way from the darn past, don't know which is worse? First I thought it was stolen, my old credit card, then to find out these attorneys were snoping in my credit report, now fighting this case pro-se, on my own, but in this case I have evidence to back me up. Here we go again, another attorney up my back side with yet another credit card, but this one is going to be very diffcullt, I only have 20 days to respond, and have nothing in my hands, my dam daughter-in-law accepted a paper either from the sherrifs department, or a constable delivered it, she, must have been throughing my mail away, cause I did not get any thing here although I have been here 14 months, I truly am starting to think "ITS ALL THE POST OFFICE FAULT".

I put a change of address in under both my names, my maiden, and married name, thats not the worse of it, these attorneys that are handling this second law suit, ignorance is so bliss, I called them to give correct mailing address, tried to explain things to them, the one paralegal didn't want to hear any thing, and I guess they are not going to foward this complaint to me, well they can kiss my big but, they don't know who they are playing with, its just I don't have the papers and can't get to the court house till monday hopefully????????? I hope the darn daughter-in-law comes through for me?????

I can get the motion/brief done in one day, not even a day, maybe if my youngest grandson is up I'll just take the car, but its so difficult taking the youngest, and with him not walking by my side its hard. Why couldn't they just coperate and send me their dam brief, talk about "ETHICS" this bitch, sorry did not have any ethics what so ever. How you going to hang up on a person? I have every right to that brief. I am so heated..............

No, I have not got any mail from Freddy? And yes I have been trying to pack, I'm going to just go with her, is it a good move, I doubt it, but at least I can lock the bedroom door, I hope? I have not seen the apartment as of yet, but spoke to the landlord and he seems really nice. My kid is only rotten to me mostly, but she immpressed him and his wife. Some times I think some one has a doubly whammy on me. Why do these things happen?
