Back at the end of July, my weight had gotten out of control, about 255, which was the most I\'d weighed in ten years. When I set the goal to wear a beautiful dress by Christmas (or even Thanksgiving), my weight was ranging in the 237 - 240 range. I am hungry as I write this, but am seeing real loss around the midsection and a little in the thighs. Sometimes when you\'re trying for a specific dress size, INCHES OFF is even more helpful. I try not to get upset when the scale won\'t move much.

Keep up the good work, think of how fab you will look in your new dress, try not to get too downhearted , ive been told losing the weight slowly means it stays off permenantly,so steady loss is great !!!you are seeing the benefits, well done you !!!! hugs xx

Thanks for the vote of confidence! It\'s true that with weight loss, those who lose a lot quickly often gain it back just as quickly. They didn\'t have time to make a real change in their eating habits, but just went on a \"crash\" program. I am satisfied at losing 20 lbs. since end of July. And I\'m SO motivated to wear that dress! Blessings.

Would you believe I haven\'t posted photos because I don\'t know how?? I don\'t have a scanner, and isn\'t that necessary? My brother-in-law said something about commercial places able to upload photos. Definitely I will try! Would have posted some already!

You dont need a scanner, just import a normal photo, take a photo, save to desktop and then go onto pics and you should find it, if I can do it you can, cause im computer illiterate lol xxx
