Hi, I played a couple of game s of dominoes and had so much fun. We could see how much i had improved from the last time we played. about a year or so ago. I had better recognition of the numbers/dominoes and i could sight count/recognize some of the numbers. But after a few games my brain fried and i started getting confused. It was fun to have some fun.

The severe leg cramps and pain that can appear anywhere in the body was the result of medications that the person was taking. In this case Liptor for high cholesterol. , the drug causes a Co-Q10 deficiency
I do not know it the above is true about Liptore; i need to d o some digging for medical facts the info was sent to me via a friend. but I will take a look into what coq10 is about. i have read about it before but did not see that it was what i was looking for.
Supplements of Coenzyme Q10 have been shown to reduce or prevent many of the muscle related side effects of the statins or other drugs. CoQ-10 supplements have also shown to benefit ones health when combined with many different treatment regimens for conditions like congestive heart failure, Parkinsons disease, fibromyalgia, gum disease, and even before surgery to improve healing and recovery.
Your doctor can run blood tests for your levels of CoQ-10, such as those offered by Spectracell Laboratories. Alternatively, due to the benefits shown in many different studies, you can find a good quality CoQ-10 supplement to add to your treatment regimen for hypertension, cholesterol and diabetes. Since statins and other drugs used to lower cholesterol may have other potential nutritional side effects, consider a supplement that was specifically designed to replace those nutrients that are impacted by specific medications. http://ezinearticles.com/?Coenzyme-Q10
DEAR DR. GOTT: I was recently put on Lipitor for high cholesterol. I developed awful leg cramps. My doctor reduced the dose, so I take one pill every other day. My pain has decreased in frequency but hasn\'t disappeared. Would you associate the pain with the medication? The leg pain was tied to my sciatic nerve.
DEAR READER: Lipitor has been connected with severe leg cramps and pain that can appear anywhere in the body, but most commonly in the calf muscles, which are used so often.
Co-Q10 is a naturally occurring enzyme in the body. Reports have revealed a deficiency of more than 50 percent in less than a month by patients on Lipitor. The deficiency causes pain. Purchase Co-Q10 over the counter and continue the reduced dose of Lipitor. Bring my recommendation to your physician\'s attention for an opinion.
glad you enjoyed new year\'s eve. dominoes are a fun game. glad everything is working better for you! i have co q 10 at home. i bought it when i went on bp meds but stopped because it was pricey. then i found them at the dollar store, so i take them again now sometimes. didn\'t occur to me that they would cure leg pain. thanks for the heads up.
