It has been a rough week. The first part of the week started out promising. I felt well enough to attempt and outing with frineds to an art musium. We had so much fun discussing the art we viewed. Much of the art looked like someting anyone could paint and it made me feel better about my own art.By Wednesday I was not feeling to good; the trip to the musium had been too much and then my insides started hurting. Colon fussed and then monthly cramps. So i take enough meds and try to sleep through this mess. Even so I keep trying to paint a little each day. Saturday I am painting and with each painting things were getting more and more blurry. I am thinking I sure am tireing out faster today. So I give it a rest. I tryed painted again Sunday and that is when I realize I have had another Brain Change! urgh! I am so frustrated. Hopefully long term that means healing is going on but once again I can not paint a clear line... The flowers and stems are muddy and wishwashly. Phewie!!! I also worked on filing paperwork. At best all of the current paperwork is in two filing cabnets. So if sometthing is important it is in the file cabnets. I could not figure out how to put the files in the right order so I just put the ones i knew i need the most in front. It feels good to have things in better order. I love being orgainzed; it is one of my comfort zones!!! Thanks for listening. I will calm down in a few. I am just mad and I can not even drive to go shopping.

Sounds like you are using lots of brain energy. That is good for your healing, but can be totally exhausting. The trip to the museum seem to have been tough on not only your brain but your colon etc. too. But also sounds like it was well worth it!! I bet painting and filing stuff is also tough on the brain, but again, good for it too. Be sure to get enough rest though.
