Oh I have no doubt at all how "LUCKY" we were, or Protected we were.

I have since learned that when the electricity came through the house it also

hit the baby's room and struck out at an electric music box attached to her crib.

I fell to me knees and thanked God and MayLyn for protecting my family, each one of them.

I have always been an "upon reflection" kinda gal, and in doing just that,

I am over whelmed with gratitude and always will be.

Since then we have replaced the DVD player, one phone, tomorrow the play station...I hope, for the kids. And we are in no hurry, just material things is all, we could never have replaced a loved one.

I truly do know how blessed I am. Thanks for listening.

When one door closes,
another one opens, but we so often
look so long and so regretfully
upon the closed door, that we
do not see the ones
which open for us.
(Alexander Graham Bell)

Sometimes it is so hard to see the open door...Diane
