Well, Mom is doing a little better this week. She still has not responded verbally but my brother says you could see recognition in her eyes, I think that is what he wants to see. I miss my Mom alot, but it is a different type of hurt and a way different type of loss.
I choose to remember her the way it was before she got sick. I am happy that she is feeling less pain.
REMEMBER ME
Remeber me in quiet days
When raindrops whispers on your pane,
But in your memories have not grief
Let just the joy remain
Remember me when evening stars
Look down on you with steadfast eyes:
Remember me if once you wake
To catch a glimpse of a red sunrise.
Remember Me.

After I read this I was amazed once again that a few words I read out loud helped me so much.
Sometimes I think devine intervention, but no matter where it comes from, I have been extremely lucky lately with those around me giving me love and care, and being patient with me while I ride the roller coaster called life.
Thanks again for listening.

Hang in there Jacqueline. I wish I could tell you when it will get better for you....but I don\'t know when that will be. In the mean time we can both feel blessed with friends and family. I pray for strength for you to make it through tomorrow.
