MayLyn was very beautiful, as you can tell from her pictures. Her daughter is now 11 and looks just like her and acts the same as MayLyn did too. Sometimes it takes the breath away when I see the little actions or sayings that come from her that her Mom used to do. I know EVERYONE says how "blessed" I am???? all the time! How would they know if I am blessed or not? I love my grand daughter so much, and her brother too, but sometimes I get so emotional I have to leave the room. I guess they mean that I am blessed because I have both of her children to remind me of her, and they do. But I am selfish and look at it like a double edged knife. It hurts me to the core when I see my lost daughter rise to the surface in her children, only because they will not get the everyday pleasure of holding her and playing with her and loving her in a physical sense. It is so hard for them to understand and even harder for me to explain to them. I know this will nevewr get any easier, I just wish I could make it easier for them.
