Goal update

 As of March 1, 2009 I have lost another 1.8 pounds. A grand total of ...........drrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr..........2.4 pounds.  Now, let's look at this for a minute. I lost .6 pounds in 3 weeks then by adding a MUFA to each meal I lost 1.8 pounds in 1 week.  WOW! I started the "Flat Belly Diet" on March 1st. They have a 4 day antibloat thing they do. I am on day 4.  I can't wait to get to the normal diet part.  I'm looking forward to seeing how much in weight and inches I lost in those four days.  I will post my begining measurements here once I find what I wrote them on. (ooopppsss!)  The book claims you can loose up to 15 pounds in 32 days.  If I can do that then I will be 1 pound away from my goal weight.  Wouldn't that be peachy?! I guess we will all see how well this diet works.
