72 hr Hold

So went to hospital because my meds were not working and the dr could not see me until the following week. They end putting me on a 72 hr hold. My husband was on the other end of the country for work. I felt like I was in jail for doing nothing wrong.
Has anyone else had this happen? I was not trying to kill myself just wanted help with some flashbacks I was having from a bunch of surpressed memories.
