Had an incredibly stressful day yesterday; lots of family stuff and chaos everywhere.
Somehow managed to not pull a single hair throughout all of it--a miracle! Not only that, but I didn't even have any urges to pull as I was sorting through the complications.
I don't want to just say it's a miracle; I believe my vigilance has paid off, too.
I'm getting through this. I'm okay. I can do this.
