Memories

Today has not been a good day for me. Lots of tears have flowed from memories of past abuses. I am just beginning my journey in dealing with obesity and food addiction. It is going to be very hard but I must do it because this is my last chance as my health is declining from Obesity related illnesses. I need to find supports from others like me who know my daily struggles.
