Last week it was cold and raw and rainy all week, now Summer is here and I already have sunburn and poison ivy! It took a day to fully bloom, but I have several patches of that unmistakable itchy rash. There must have been some remnant of the oils in all the brush that we raked and burned last weekend. Or perhaps I got it from the smoke. The sunburn is very mild and is just on my face, scalp, and neck. But of course this all caused a flare in my rosacea and man oh man I feel pretty - NOT!
I went for a med review today and all is well on that front. We are forging ahead with a gradual increase in Lamictal. Seroquil is doing wonders for my sleep, and Wellbutrin and I have become good friends over the past year.
