Well, I've given up on the Lipo-Flavanoid. Nothing much has changed and I'm not spending that kind of money for a slim possibility of relief. Lately I've tried focusing on other things which seems to help. I ALWAYS have music playing and try to keep busy. Obviously, the t is screaming when it is quiet. There are some things a person has to life with and for me, t is one of them. I'm considering an over the ear device but need to do more research.

Hi Pie,
I didn\'t jump on the lipo-flavanoid band wagon but did the ginko and nothing happened. I take a boat load of supplements, exercise and take .05 Klonopin and use sound therapy. That is my protocol. After 8 months I am getting used to it. The custom BTE/In ear noise maskers may work, but are expensive. There is a generic version that I almost bought from hearusa.com that you may want to check out. I never bought it because my t volume on a scale of 1 to 10 is about a 5. Which is bad enough.
