70 degrees today and sunny//went to an open house - really bad//went 2 mechanic//washed car 200coq10
beautiful day today. yay. its supposed to be in the 70's all week. hope this is the start of spring, spring is good here. summer would be even better though.
went to an open house. it was the worst open house i've ever been to. they may want to just sell for the price of the land. since its a handy man, the house looks BEAUTIFUL outside and trashed or smelly inside, in the rest of the rooms - water leaks are always dangerous. wth? why are they trying to sell it for 100,000 MORE than appraised value. i assumed it would be in perfect shape for that price. not even close. the pool is beautiful and the view is beautiful. master bedroom is also beautiful and that is IT. its also $7300 in taxes per year. wth? its over an acre and right on the intra-coastal. water damage and mold and no updates. et cetera, et cetera. lol. (copying the king and i).
washed the car. went to the mechanic because the "check engine soon" light was on. i figured a tune up. he said it doesn't need it. he says you only need a tune up every 80,000 miles. the rpm's were over 2000 (2) for some reason, but it went away.
small dog went into the road again - i SAW it this time. she comes right back when called, but its still strange. i don't give her free range anymore. she used to be allowed on the deck to sun herself all morning or all afternoon, but i can't trust her anymore. if you don't watch her for even ONE minute, she heads down the stairs and in the wrong direction. grrrrr. the bell helps a lot, but its very strange. have to find some info on doggy dementia. wth?
went to the sale and got an easter thing for up north and a new ticker file folder with a handle because the cat tore the old one to shreds. had french toast with j. haven't done the breakfast food in early day in a long time. also had left over pizza. upped my CoQ10 back to 200 mg because a video said to and i feel 100% better just from that. wow! what a difference. who knew? reminds me of potassium if you are dizzy, you take one potassium and boom, within 30 minutes you are okay. amazing.
slept almost too good. deep sleeping lately. how come. put in another 12 hours of sleep. i think my body is making up for "sleep debt" because last week i was only getting five hours per night because one of the workers was out. woke up. fed the animals. hung out on the deck a bit and then went back to sleep until 12.
did a dry run to the chiro's other office. its actually closer to my house. the reason people are getting lost is the lack of a sign out front. wth? AND the zip code on her card is wrong. she said she didn't realize there are multiple zip codes within one city here. she must be from a very small town where she comes from. she should also fix it with a pen on each card, or get new cards made because allll beach people know the beach zip code, its confusing the way it is. if it had a map on the back of the card it would also help. she'd get more business.
did billing and headed up north. everyone under the sun is at the beach today.

I can\'t believe that they wanted so much for that house! If it\'s falling apart, why are they asking so much? Do they think that someone would buy it and not look inside? Just boggles my mind.
Houses are cheap over your way.Even for a howler like this one. So mindblowing expensive here.Miss having my own place.Bummer!! Still gotta count my blessings for this nice rental . Can\'t think about my future when I\'m older.Too freaky.Had it all together and planned out many years back and unpredictably down it all fell. My cfs was a huge contributing factor.
Interesting about the potassium.OK I will try it for my dizzy brain. I used to take the Q10 but haven\'t for a while now.Taking other herbs though.
You seem to have heaps of energy and get lots of things done.Must be a good feeling.Hope your dog stays away from the road.Bye for now.Love peace and happy days.
our bodies stop producing coQ10 by age 45, its actually why so many people start suffering around that age. it has to be supplemented and its not expensive I get almost enough for a month for $10 from Walmart and it also has l-carateine in it which seems to make a difference as well. totally amazes me how much goes wrong with people\'s bodies after age 40 or so. wow!
if you go to California or nyc its very expensive, but most areas of usa have normal prices and even cheap prices, you just have to find those places. it has always amazed me that there are pockets of \"cheap\" or reasonable right next to areas that are pricey and people don\'t know it (probably the realtors aren\'t letting them know. have seen too much of that doing mortgages).
The house is probably selling based on the location and size of the lot, that would be my guess.
