7 embies still going at Day 3, Quality fair for now?
I just spoke to the nurse and they scheduled my tranfer date for Wednesday and noon, yippeeee!!! She said everything looks great and that all 7 embies are still going. She also said looking at them on day 3, they are in the "fair" category. Apparently the levels are poor, fair and good. I'm a little bummed that they aren't all "good" but she said that they can get better in the next few days and that fair is usually what they usually see.
I'm a little concerned and I'm really not sure if there's anything to be concerned about, but I feel like she didn't really explain it well and kind of brushed off my concerns.
Can any of you ladies give me a better understanding of this or let me know if you experienced the same thing?

That can be a scary thing to hear. However, know that many clinics are very, very strict about their grading of the embies, and what is fair at your clinic could be labeled as good somewhere else that isn\'t so great. And like she said, it can change in the next few days. I\'m so excited for you, and congrats on all 7 still going strong!!
My clinic didn\'t give me a rating of my embies and I\'m kind of glad they didn\'t. I just knew they made it to day 5 and the RE called them beautiful, lol. I wouldn\'t stress to much about fair vs good at this point. If the cells are still multiplying you are in good shape!!
It sounds very promising to me, I think you will be able to transfer and have some frozen embies. You can look up online how they are supposed to be dividing on each day and if they still look good on day 3 that is a good sign. She was just probably trying not to say anything that will get her in trouble, or just reading a report from the embryologist and she really doesn\'t know what she\'s reading. I swear this wait is so hard I think it\'s as hard as the 2ww!
Thanks ladies, I really hope that they are good embies on day 5, I swear I\'m worrying about every little thing and literally almost cried at my desk...This is the worst waiting torture of my life.

It is a very stressful time, even if you got \"good\" results. I did 3 day transfers twice due to \"lower\" quality and numbers. I am sure they will be great on Wednesday! :) It is the worst waiting torture but you are doing great!
So glad to here that your 7 embies are trucking along. I don\'\'t understand the embryo grading system either, even with the bloody spreadsheet that came with my embies haha, but I am sure that if your clinic didn\'t believe that they were quality they would not have scheduled a 5 day transfer, best of luck on Wednesday!
