Whew!
Got through the night and today! what a day, a wake up at 5AM on a Saturday to drag 3 kids to an all day volleyball match. Just got back and the house is pretty much level, guess that could help as I will need to keep my mind off of the alcohol for another night! Wish me luck!

Good on you hockeymom. You\'ll value the time you spent with your kids sober. So proud of you. It sounds like a long day for you. I found the days seem long without alcohol. Good luck on getting through another night.

I\'m going on day 12 and I have to tell you, I really don\'t miss that sluggish, unenthusiastic feeling. I\'m really starting to enjoy just being me:)

Thank you all for the positive feedback, I did stay sober, but I can\'t say I wasn\'t tempted. Being busy with kids keeps me from dwelling on it for too long, I am thankful for them!
