Sad
I have been sad the last 10 months trying to cope with life as it is now without my knight in shining armor. I told him after we met and got close that's what he was. Oh that armor got tarnished once in a while but he would shine it up and it was as good as new. Well today I still feel sad but it is a deep down enormous sad. Worse then it's ever been. It's like it just dawned on me he is gone, not coming back never, ever! Why, why,why after 10 months it seems to be getting worse. Is this normal? SIGH!

Yes unfortunately. As you go through this grief process you may find you are feeling you are doing better than you go back a few steps. So don\'t beat yourself up. I think in the book Seven Choices this is the period we idiolize and find fault & link the past to present trying to make more sense of things
