Just an update

  I am so tired. I took Ian to a fall festival today. Dh is out of town so It was just me. That little guy is fast. He didnt want to be in the stroller so it was like a game of chase for 2 hours. Yesterday we had a yard sale. I decided on friday at the last minute to participate in our comunity garage sale. W made almost $200. So that was nice. We got rid of alot of crap. Something we needed to do. Ian was so cute yesterday. Since Dh was gone all last week he was glue sto him. Would throw a fit if he couldnt see him. Gave me a nice break. We were planning on going to a fall festival yesterday in another town but the weather was iffy so we opted not to. We had the sale longer than we originally planned to so when Ian went down for his nap I hit the grocery store. I did very wll. About $103ish of groceries for $29. Who ever thinksa you can only but junk with coupons is so wrong. I bought 4 gallons milk. Smart balance milk! 4 loaves of whole grain bread. Stocked up on frozen veggies. Bought our super expensive toothpaist 2 boxes of it. and ome brownie mix, oh and some fiber one cerial. Oh and 2 bags of shredded cheese, and a few frozen kashi meals. So all most all good healthy stuff. The stre was having triple coupos week. The triple any coupon with a face value less than 1.00. Whooo hooo. Makes this coupon momma happy. then I went to Costco and actually spent onl $100. We are set on groceries for about 3 weeks now. I love comig in way under budget. Then we went to church and out to dinner. Dinner was a complete flop. We never go out because we are on a tight budget but we have been so good we decided to go to red robbin. We had teh worst server. I gave her Ian order first thing so he would have it ASAP and she totally forgot to put it in. Then once she dropped our food off she never ever came back. Not one single time in 30 minutes. We were out of drinks, needed napkin, ranch and a fry refill. I was getting very very angry. I watched her disapear like 3 times. I fially had it and went and found teh manager. He wante dto comp our meals. I said that wasnt what we wanted because the fod was great we were upset that she ruined out meal by ignoring us. They ended up comping our meal anyways. I woudl have rather paid and had a good experiance.I was up at like 2:45am due to insomnia so I was whopped. My feet were a lttle swollen.  
 Ian had a nghtmare at about 1am. Broke my heart. But i finally got him calmed down and back asleep after 20ish minutes. Then i had to wake him up at 11am. Boy loves to sleep. I am so so lucky. He goes down early also. Not like we keep him up late. Then we went to th efestivil today and now are at home. I am making him skip his nap so he doesnt stay up super late and throw his schedule off. We are going to a fam tomorrow.
The baby is doing wel. She scares me a litle with how little she moves compare dto how mych ian moved. She is just laids back i guess. Im waiting to hear back from the proerty management company that manages the townhome we live in. We want our of our lease sinve the townhome is in forcosure and we were never notified. Ishould know by wednesday. We will be getting a bigger placand of course paying more $. You would think with a $1800 housing budgt we would find something easy. But we want to stay in the same neighborhood. So im looking and will be working with an agent as soon as we get the go ahead, Dh gets an extra pay check in octorber so that will  help cover our moving expenss like the deposit. We will get ours back but there is a lapse in time. We were going to use it to pay off a cc but we will just delay paying it off a month. Things could be worse. Well im off to try to keep littl man away for 1 1/2 more hours and I need to debone a chicken. lol
