I had my scan this morning and depending on my bloods, will have the HCG tomorrow. The scan shows a follicle that is about 18.5mm-which is right where it should be in terms of growth..so if things go to plan, I will trigger tomorrow night...then I will have the same chance as every other "normal" person....fingers crossed!
So I had a really good chat with a friend yesterday and feel like I am in a really good head space right now.
Here's my list of things I am grateful for today:
1. I am grateful for our beautiful surrounds and bountiful gardens-we spent a good deal of time outside gardening today and I realised just how lucky we are to have the space and ability to grow our own fruit and veges.
2. I am grateful for the kind nurse with a wicked sense of humour  at our fertility clinic. She is getting cheekier each time I meet her...getting to know her a bit more has made me appreciate that she does love her job and that she really hopes that we succed in having kids.
3. I am grateful for the Dixie Chicks! Rocking out to them whilst I did the housework today really put me in good spirits....
