2ww
I had my transfer on Tuesday and they were able to put one embryo in that made it to blastocyst stage, which is really good. They were also able to freeze 2, which I have mixed feelings about. I am so grateful that I have 2 frozen, but I started with 11 embryos and ended with 3. But 3 is better than none so I am trying to stay positive. I will get my first pregnancy test on the 5th, exactly one week, so trying to keep myself distracted until then! Have been taking this one step at a time and now that I have no more steps, its hard not to focus on the end.

You should feel positive. Your numbers are super normal. I had 13 embryos when I did IVF and I got 2 that made it to the usable stage. We did a fresh transfer with one of them and it didnt take. I was devastated. I totally thought we had wasted all our money and that this was the end of the road. We only had one in the bank. And I will say I was on the edge of giving up. I even contacted a realtor because I was thinking of putting our house up for sale. I had started to hate living in a big empty house and I was getting ready to make a new life plan. But then a few ladies (who I got to know on this site) suggested taking a couple months off before transferring the one little frozen embryo we had left. These ladies had all done IVF before and all said if your fresh transfer is not successful take some rest time for your body and in 2 or 3 months from now transfer your Last Hope Embryo! They were right, and I am so glad I listened to them. I now have a sweet little boy who is turning 2 in March. What I am trying to say is I know the numbers dont seem impressive. Going from 13 down to 2 made me feel panic all the time. But all you need is 1. And this is going to work for you! I so hope your 1st transfer works so that you have 2 banked embryos for siblings in the future. The fact is things are looking really great for you right now. You are in a great position; dont let yourself get sucked in to the negative (like I did). You have 3 awesome chances and it is going to work. IVF is freaking amazing and you have come this far You are going to win your IF battle. I know it! Good luck and take it easy this weekend and rest.
Thank you! I am so glad I found this site, something that I was required to do in a class for my master\'s degree, and it has been so much help in this journey because of people like you :) Thanks for your kind words and encouragement!
