Yea!

OK sooo... We have a realtor coming on Thursday so that gives me time to take some more things to storage to make the house less cluttered. I am nervous about what he will say but there were houses sold here recently, a month ago, that has gotten GREAT prices. So I am optimistic. I have to get the things together to make sure that we qualify for the new house. Its an assumption loan, so we wont need any down payment or anything just assuming the loan and taking over the payment so that is AWESOME!! We are super excited. well I am Hubs is nervous.
I'm still tired from yesterday and I think I am getting a yeast infection. I am in good spirits actually not really depressed at all. I just finished my nails. I used the Nail Perfect Gel Nails. I have tried it a couple of times and I felt like it chipped to much, but I will give it this last try before I retire it to my daughters nail polish tray.lol
