ugh...
In today's news.... Mother of two in Texas goes on a rampage... and on top of that... cannot speak English... coming up after our commercial break, audio from the rampage that is sure to make you giggle... Yes it's that sad.
You know I used to speak English. There was a time when I knew the word right off the top of my head and I could speak fluently and with poise and grace. I was on the debate team and I used to be good and finding the right combinations of adjectives and nouns that would move you to tears. ...
ok... Maybe not that good. But still. When I reached for a word it was there now.. I reach for a word and I find the closest thing to it. I mean it starts with the right letter, or its from the same room or area. I tried to ask my mom if she had the fan ready and the best I could get was flower... like I said right letter wrong everything else. All I can do is just giggle with my mom about the kind of sentences her and I can come up with ( she has just started menopause, in which she explains it as a process where her "give a Damn" goes right out the door with her last functioning brain cells). Sounds fun right. Just think when I hit peri menopause and eventually menopause my kids will just throw me in the looney bin as I will probably be speaking in tongues and trying to cuss people out but only coming out with something like "fluff your bunny" or "silk the front pup" and I will be super pissed and getting even madder cuz all I have managed to do make the grandkids giggle cuz Nona is funny...
Anyways thank you for allowing me to get that off my trunk.. I mean chest. You should be glad I didn't say dresser. Lol.

I know the feeling all to well granted I\'ve noticed that the better someone knows me the more they can connect the dots to my thoughts. like once when I was trying to make a recipe I asked for the dove scoop. My wife was like huh chocolate which with me is actually pretty viable although my boyfriend actually got it right and guessed millet. My brain some how connected that it was something birds could eat. Granted I haven\'t played charades in a while but I\'m pretty sure I\'d at least be better about acting things out now lol. usually when my words get really messed up i switch to writing them down I\'m usually able to at least read something correctly even though it takes a ton of effort it still can be less frustrating.
LOL. I am not always coherent anymore either when I speak. Not to mention that sometimes I am ready to say one word and seem to change my mind before the message gets to my mouth and it comes out some sort of slurred version of two words. I notice that I do it more at home when I am not so much concentrating on my words well. I love your mother\'s def of menopause. That is one I will have to share with mine. She is currently going through that lovely change.
I catch myself saying I\'ma\'am ALOT.. mixing I\'m and I am. I can\'t even cheer at soccer games... I was at a game on Monday and one of the other players sat on it players. I meant to say \" ref, he\'s not a chair\" I ended u up saying \" ref he\'s not a bench\" but doesn\'t sound like bench when your screaming across the field. .. good times... lol
