I have been trying to update my profile - I think I finally changed the picture - this is my new passport photo.  I hope to use it often in the coming years.  I  am coming up on a year a day at a time with my quit.  It is the one of the hardest thing I have done to keep the health I have left.  There are so many benefits and blessings I have received from quitting the smokes.  I do not take this for granted and pray always for an attitude of gratitude.  I think of my sister-in-law who was smoke free for nearly 10 years and picked up.  She is now full blown to a pack a day.  I believe for me, that I can't just have one - I have tried that in the past and it has never worked.  So I apply my 12 Step Principles to my BREATHORITY.  I have acute bronchitis, astma, extreme shortness of breath.  I know I will get better a day at a time if I keep it simple.I did not smoke today Ree
