I have been trying to update my profile - I think I finally changed the picture - this is my new passport photo. I hope to use it often in the coming years. I am coming up on a year a day at a time with my quit. It is the one of the hardest thing I have done to keep the health I have left. There are so many benefits and blessings I have received from quitting the smokes. I do not take this for granted and pray always for an attitude of gratitude. I think of my sister-in-law who was smoke free for nearly 10 years and picked up. She is now full blown to a pack a day. I believe for me, that I can't just have one - I have tried that in the past and it has never worked. So I apply my 12 Step Principles to my BREATHORITY. I have acute bronchitis, astma, extreme shortness of breath. I know I will get better a day at a time if I keep it simple.I did not smoke today Ree
