Well I go the dental implants - I have to wait a about a year for them to take to the bone - next Wednesday I am going back to work - Mom is settled into the NH but now she won't eat - we are not up to a feeding tube yet - we are trying to encourage her - but she is not cooperating. The dimentia is really hard to watch happen to anyone. As for me I have gained another 10 lbs - that was after I started atkins went off the wagon and binged - but as I said from day one - I was not going to make this the deal-breaker with the cigs. Everytime I stopped I gained so I started again and you know what I never lost the weight - so I felt even more depressed. Now I will just be fat and smoke free and I will deal with it as best I can. I have always had a different degree of fatness - but can' ever remember being a non-smoker since 15 yrs old.

I did not smoke today!
