All is going better - still tough seeing Mom in a Nursing home. The weather has changed and my spirits are up - still out from work - getting things done for my Mom - but hope to be back asap. I am so grateful that the urge has been lifted - now the smell of smokes make me nausaus. That never happened before - I have not used any astma meds in 4 mos.

I did not smoke today.
